Our Service
The Ashland Connector is designed with you in mind. If you are within the city limits of Ashland, we’ll pick you up at or near your home and drop you off at or near your destination. As an on-demand service, Ashland Connector trips are available to be booked on a same day reservation system. It’s as easy as booking a ride through our app “Rogue Valley Connector” or by giving us a call at (541) 842-2055

The Long and Short of it
- Service is available to anyone within Ashland city limits
- Our hours of operation are Monday through Saturday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Trips can be booked through our app, or by calling our Ashland Connector line Monday -Friday 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM at (541) 842-2055
- All passengers on the Ashland Connector are eligible for a free transfer to our fixed route system
- Full fare is $2 or $1 for individuals that qualify for reduced fare. Only exact change will be accepted.
- All fixed route fare types are accepted on this service including: TouchPass, cash, tokens, day passes, and monthly passes
- Vehicles are ADA accessible and equipped with a wheelchair lift
- Trips are “on-demand” and can only be booked same day
- If using the app you will be notified when the vehicle has arrived. Phone reservations can only provide a ‘window’ of time it will arrive. Drivers can only wait 2 minutes before they must depart for their next trip.
