New Valley Lift Service Map and Changes Available for September 2

Valley Lift Service Changes Starting September 2, 2025

Valley Lift service will be reduced to match changes to RVTD’s fixed-route bus system beginning Tuesday, September 2, 2025

  • Saturday Service Suspended – Valley Lift will no longer operate on Saturdays
  • Reduce Service Hours – New Hours: Monday – Friday, 6:00am to 8:20pm
  • Smaller Service Boundaries – Service will now only be provided within the gray-shaded 3/4-mile ADA boundary shown around each route on the map.
  • Expanded Boundary Eliminated – The former 1.5-mile expanded zone is being discontinued.  This will primarily impact DD53 and PLUS program riders.

How to Use the Map:

  1. Type your pickup or drop-off address into the search box labeled “Find address or place”
  2. If both addresses are inside the gray area, you can schedule rides
  3. If either address is outside the gray area, the trip is not eligible
