The request for proposals (RFP) is issued by Rogue Valley Transportation District (RVTD) to seek proposals from qualified bidders for the design, construction and installation of two fast fill natural gas compressors housed within one skid, and two CNG dispensers and a replacement gas dryer rated for a minimum of 300 psi gas pressure. Please note the as-built drawings of RVTD’s current equipment is included at the end of the RFP and these pages are much larger than standard print size.

A Pre-Proposal Conference is scheduled for June 15, 2026 from 10:00 – 11:00 AM.
RFP questions need to be submitted by June 18, 2026 by 5:00pm to RFP@rvtd.org.
Proposals are due June 30, 2026 by 5:00pm.
