New Construction- Transportation Building and Parking Structure
Rogue Valley Transportation District (RVTD) is soliciting bids from qualified companies for the construction of an approximate 10,000 sf Transportation Building and 88-stall parking structure with associated landscaping and surfacing. The project budget includes $12,202,523 in 2021 FTA 5339 (b) funds. A voluntary walk-through will occur on May 23, 2023 1:30pm at 3200 Crater Lake Ave. Medford, OR 97504. Sealed bids are due on June 20, 2023 at 2:00pm PST. Bids will be opened at the above location. Bid Construction Documents may be examined at Medford Builders Exchange, 2330 Crater Lake Ave. Medford, OR, or by visiting https://medfordbuilders.com/search-postings/ beginning Monday May 15, 2023. It is the responsibility of the bidder to check Medford Builders Exchange regularly for addenda that may be issued. Information will also be posted at www.rvtd.org/about/rfp.
