The Accessible Transportation Department now offers passengers using the Valley Lift (including DD53 and PLUS transports) or Rogue Valley Connector programs the option of scheduling their transportation requests online.
Not only does our online scheduling portal allow you to schedule your Valley Lift or Rogue Valley Connector trips quickly and from the comfort of your own home, but it also has plenty of other benefits you might find useful.
In addition to online trip scheduling, you can also:
- View past and future scheduled and canceled trips
- Track your vehicle within 30 minutes of it’s expected arrival time
- Cancel your transportation requests without ever picking up the phone
- Delegates option – Allows care takers, parents or guardians the option of scheduling transportation for riders who are unable to schedule their own trips.
